We regret to inform you that Governor Polis has just signed an executive order suspending all elective dental procedures through April 13, 2020.
In lieu of the aforementioned, we have cancelled all scheduled appointments at Village Orthodontics through April 13, 2020. You do not need to contact the office regarding rescheduling, as at this time as we do not have a clear idea when we will be able to resume normal patient care. We will contact you when we are able to reschedule.
From now until the ban is lifted, we will only be able to see emergency appointments involving bleeding, swelling, severe pain, and the removal of active appliances (expanders). Treatment rendered will be geared toward making patients comfortable and removing appliances that can cause harm if left unmonitored.
We are answering the phones Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. Please call us if you have any questions or concern regarding your treatment or if you have, what you consider, an emergency. We will attempt to guide you over the phone relative to many of your concerns. Please feel free to also email us at [email protected].
We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. We are all committed to getting your treatment back on track as soon as we are allowed to resume active patient care. Dr. Jeff and the Village People are dedicated to taking care of each and every patient and are willing and able to work 5-6 days per week in order to meet the needs of our patients and their treatment.
Thankfully, orthodontics is not “life threatening,” and we will recover from this inconvenient setback.
We are grateful for all of our patients and are anxious to get back to seeing you on a regular basis.
